  • In 2025, we partnered with the Department of Justice Canada to design a comprehensive training plan for ATIP staff transitioning to ATIPXpress. This included creating training videos that cover key lifecycle activities such as creating requests, OPI communication, and document management. We also developed self-paced learning materials to help staff build confidence in the new system and provided office hours for analysts to ask questions and gain clarity on ATIPXpress capabilities. Our training approach ensures teams are equipped to manage requests efficiently and maintain compliance with confidence.

  • We help departments move from legacy ATIP systems to modern platforms like ATIPXpress by developing a roadmap for a seamless transition, integrating workflows to embed processes into the new system, and planning data migration with thorough testing and post go-live support to quickly resolve procedural inquiries.

  • We review legacy practices, identify efficiency opportunities, and design SOPs and RASCI charts that clearly define roles and responsibilities. Our advisory services draw on best practices observed across multiple federal ATIP departments and two years of hands-on system support experience.
